Before Conrad co-founded Symphonic with Maribeth, he had more than15 years of experience in the Consulting and Executive Management space. During those years, Conrad patiently waited and carefully observed how businesses were established and operated under different environmental, economical, and technological circumstances. So in September 2020, he co-founded Symphonic in the midst of the pandemic, knowing that there will eventually be a time when things started to recover.
So, he established a management consulting firm – focused solely on Strategic Consulting, Program/Project Management, Leadership Coaching, and Organisational Maturity through ISO Standards. Capabilities that are second-nature to him, and not biting more than what he can chew. It continues to be his true belief that honesty and humbleness with our partners and clients form long-standing relationships, and treating each client and partner as though they are the only one.
Conrad is an accomplished business consultant with over 24 years of IT experience. He has a strong background in Government, Insurance, Finance, Telecommunications, Infrastructure, Education, Defence, Online Retail, and Transport & Logistics sectors. He has a proven ability and experience in all management and C-Suite leadership roles backed-up with his technical and business delivery experience. He is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and Agile Coach. His strong organisational skills coupled with business acumen have credited Conrad with a reputation for delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality requirements.
Maribeth is the Co-Founder of Symphonic and has over 20 years of IT experience. She has a proven ability in all aspects of the Software Development Cycle. Maribeth is a skilled problem solver, an analyst with high attention to detail, and all with a "Can Do!" attitude.
She has provided and implemented business solutions in a broad spectrum of industries such as in the Finance Sector involving Superannuation and Wealth Management, Investments, Risk and Life Insurance. Experience in the Education Sector, Logistics, Transport and Shipping industry, and in Shared Services.
Maribeth adapts well to new situations, and enjoys meeting new challenges and seeing them through to completion, while remaining confident and good-humoured under pressure.
