As part of the role of being the appointed Senior Account Manager for a key client of DNX, Symphonic was also tasked to create and document the Data Strategy, working closely with the key client CTO and setting up the roadmap for the various key milestones to be achieved within the next 24 months. 

DNX Solutions engaged Symphonic to manage their SCM0005 and SCM0020 scheme applications. These tasks included completing mandatory documentation, working with key DNX stakeholders for delivery and operational and business information. 

Symphonic Management Consulting was engaged to be the Unient Delivery Manager for a major Supply Chain Group, one of Unient's customers, working with the Unient Project Manager to ensure a successful outcome of the SharePoint pre-approval workflow enhancement project.

Unient engaged Symphonic for strategic consulting services to redefine their business model to establish a mission and vision, a balanced scorecard, efficiencies in delivery functions, and a corporate risk management plan, covering operations, marketing, delivery, global expansions, and rebranding. 

Symphonic was engaged to provide Program Management services for the entire Awayco eCommerce Platform modernisation. The platform has numerous functionalities, each with a Project Manager and a technical/development team responsible for modernising those modules.

Symphonic Management Consulting was engaged to provide project management services to one of Happenco's customers in the pharmaceutical industry. The project involves establishing a new contentful eCommerce platform with Loyalty management capabilities. 

Symphonic Management Consulting presented a project proposal for a client of Happenco to modernise their e-commerce supply chain solution of sourcing and selling clothing and accessories both in-store and online through their website. 

Symphonic was engaged to provide project management services for the implementation of Identity Access Management for NSW Parliament, a state government agency. This included setting up project governance, reporting, tracking of various project controls, and planning.

Symphonic was engaged by Rowe Consulting to provide Test Management Services for the implementation of Identity Access Management for NSW Parliament. This included establishing the test governance, acceptance criteria, reporting and managing test execution and defect resolution.

Symphonic brought a Program Management consultant to set up the portfolio of projects for Invigor to modernise their price capture and comparison platform. This engagement included working with stakeholders of IT and the business to define the modernisation program roadmap.

Symphonic Management Consulting

was initially engaged to manage several security remediation projects for the University of Sydney through Experteq

IT Services Pty Ltd. The systems remediated were Intune MDM, O365, SharePoint

and TRIM. 

Symphonic provided delivery management to Matchbox Exchange to improve the delivery and change management process of their container triangulation platform, resolving challenges on misaligned business requirements, change management and resource constraints.

Symphonic Management Consulting was initially engaged to manage several

Symphonic was engaged to provide project management services for the delivery and implementation of Identity Access Management (IdAM) for the University of Sydney through Rowe Consulting, as part of strengthening their cyber security posture. Waterfall methodology was used. 

Liberty IT sought to expand its footprint in the Public Sector in NSW, Australia. Facing challenges in navigating government panel applications, tender processes, and establishing efficient internal procedures, Liberty IT enlisted Symphonic to provide specialised expertise in the Public Sector.

Symphonic was engaged to provide logistics and supply-chain industry and sales consultancy services to assist OneByOne's technical delivery and sales teams. The outcome was an uplifted solutions delivery process and introductions to supply chain organisations for possible engagements. 

Symphonic was asked to produce a solution architecture for Inventive’s POC for their rapid AI-based COVID testing. The architecture recommended was multi-tenant and federated to allow for multiple types of customers as well as integration with government and medical streams. 

Inventive engaged Symphonic to be the business analyst to capture NSW Health COVID testing processes and recommend the process for incorporating Inventive’s rapid AI-based COVID testing unit. This was used for the application to the National Association of Testing Authorities.

Symphonic Management Consulting was engaged by Click and Connect to uplift

and enable its client, vRehab, to comply with the CPS-234 Prudential Standard on Information Security, as well as compliance to partnership requirements. The scope

of work included reviewing existing IT policies and procedures and producing

and establishing the IT Policy and Privacy Policy. 

Symphonic was engaged by Click and Connect to uplift and enable its client, Assessability, to comply with the CPS-234 Prudential Standard on Information Security. The scope of work includes a gap analysis to assess compliance posture, review existing policies and procedures, document requirements to establish a cyber incident response plan and internal controls for risk management and internal communications.

and enable its client, Synergy Rehab, to comply with the CPS-234 Prudential Standard on Information Security, as well as compliance to partnership requirements. The scope of work included reviewing existing IT policies and procedures and producing and establishing the IT Policy and Privacy Policy.
