Prepared meticulous documentation outlining the proposed process, ensuring alignment with NATA standards. Assisted in the application process, providing necessary documentation and insights.
Implemented a pilot program to test the proposed workflow in a real-world setting. Gathered feedback from frontline staff to refine and optimise the process.
