Symphonic was engaged to bring its Program Management consultant to help set up the portfolio of projects for Invigor to modernise their price capture and comparison platform. Part of this engagement was to work with key stakeholders of IT and the business to define the modernisation program roadmap covering data sources and service offering consolidation, revolutionise data collection, adopt cloud capabilities.

Story

Invigor Group, a leading technology and data analytics company specialising in providing innovative solutions for businesses to improve their sales and customer engagement strategies, approached Symphonic Management Consulting to modernise their existing price capture and comparison platform. The client aimed to enhance data accuracy, improve data collection processes, and leverage cloud capabilities to stay competitive in the rapidly evolving retail landscape.
