Client Overview

A logistics organisation identified the need to optimise internal processes and enhance its SharePoint pre-approval workflow. However, recognising the complexity and criticality of this initiative, they sought Symphonic Management Consulting's expertise in delivery management services to ensure the successful implementation of the project.

Challenges

The project presented several challenges, including:

  • Complex Workflow Design: The pre-approval workflow required intricate design to accommodate multiple approval layers and integrate with their existing systems.
  • Geographical Dispersion: The major Supply Chain Group operates across multiple locations, and ensuring consistency in workflow processes posed a challenge.
  • Limited SharePoint Expertise: The client's in-house team had limited expertise in SharePoint, necessitating external guidance for successful implementation.
