Awayco is a suite of e-commerce applications that powers their clients' most important sales channels. With their simple software and world-class support, large retail businesses can consolidate and manage inventory, customers, transactions and products simply on any platform across physical, online, or even virtual channels. However, as the company expanded its offerings and customer base, it became evident that the existing eCommerce platform was struggling to meet the growing demands of both customers and business partners.
