Conducted a detailed assessment of the existing change management process to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Proposed the consolidation of four change request sources into a single source of truth. Presented a streamlined change management flow where requirements are owned by the business, documented by a Business Analyst, and prioritised for development.
Conducted a resource utilisation review to identify areas of improvement. Introduced resource management tools and techniques to optimise task allocation and resource utilisation. Proposed to add a Business Analyst position to seek business’ approval on requirements before prioritising for development.
